Brook Richardson, LCSW

I believe therapy should be a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are. I take the time to understand your emotions, experiences, and circumstances so that we can find the tools and strategies that best support you in moving forward.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I have extensive experience working with children, teenagers, and young adults. I also have experience working with individuals with autism and bipolar disorder, as well as with couples and families.

My approach incorporates mindfulness and values-based work to help you develop greater flexibility, better understand yourself, and feel more confident facing life’s challenges. I enjoy working with individuals who are looking for a compassionate space to explore who they are, develop meaningful coping skills, and learn how to live a life that feels more fulfilling.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time in nature. You can often find me camping, hiking, or fishing. I also love music and enjoy playing both the violin and piano.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you through the challenges you’re facing, offering compassion, support, and practical tools along the way. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more like yourself again.
