CASEY BOND, AMFT
I specialize in working with couples and romantic relationships, with particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and partners navigating identity, connection, and the impact of religious or cultural systems on their relationships. I also work with autistic children, teens, and adults, as well as families seeking greater understanding and stronger communication.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for neurodiversity and lived experience. I support autistic clients in exploring relationships, emotional regulation, identity, and self-advocacy in ways that honor their strengths and needs. With couples, I help partners better understand patterns of communication, attachment, and emotional responsiveness.
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a structured trauma-focused approach that supports clients in processing difficult experiences. I draw from narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, family systems theory, and relational approaches to help clients examine the stories shaping their lives and relationships.
I believe therapy offers space to reflect, gain clarity, and make intentional choices about the direction of your relationships and personal growth. Whether you are navigating identity, partnership challenges, trauma, or life transitions, I aim to provide a steady and supportive environment tailored to your goals.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy movies and television, music, fantasy novels (especially The Wheel of Time series), sports, and musical theatre whenever I can make time for it.
